Pricing and Shipping

Where applicable, prices are VAT/GST inclusive.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition and will be shown on the final checkout page.

Once products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. However, if a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, we’ll do our best to work with you to amend this.

Please enter your shipping address correctly because once it has been received and dispatched, we may not be able to alter it and you will be charged the applicable postage rate to resend.

Your order will be dispatched within two business days next day.

UK Orders

Postage within the UK is FREE for orders over 16 GBP. For orders under 16 GBP there’s a shipping fee of £3.99. 

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail second class.

New Zealand Orders

We stock Pepi Collection in New Zealand. Please email team@pepicollection.com to place your order.

Overseas orders to other countries

Shipping prices are calculated by weight.

Customs charges are not covered in our shipping fees. These may apply based on your country – please be aware of any potential charges and prepare to cover the associated costs.
